Inks
The QS2000 prints 4/C process images with 6 inks for increased brilliance and improved PMS color matching. PMS or special spot colors will be created out of the process ink tints.
White Ink
The white ink feature can be printed as a spot white within a graphic, as a flood coat, pre-coat or as a post-coat flood. White ink is especially useful when printing backlit graphics, clear static clings or second surface acrylic pieces.
Inks are outdoor durable, and guaranteed to be fade resistant for a minimum of two years.
“Guarantee” means the inks will show a minor or nominal degradation at most.
Substrates
The QS2000 can run both roll and sheet stock for indoor or outdoor use.
Typical stocks include (but are not limited to):
styrene
rigid PVC’s
foam boards
corrugated plastic
static clings
self adhesive vinyl
Finishing
We always start a project with the end in mind. Understanding how a product will be used, and how it needs to be packed, kitted and delivered, is critical to a project’s success.
Our digital finishing area custom finishes each project to ensure the product reaches its destination undamaged and on time.
With the Kongsberg digital cutter with I-Cut software, we can cut, perf, score, kiss-cut, engrave and router cut virtually any substrate up to 3/4" in thickness. Our Box Creation software gives us the ability to create quick-turn, custom packaging or mock-ups at an affordable price.
